The change is instant and the page is either displayed using a dark color scheme or a light one depending on the state of the dark mode switch.

How to go back to classic Facebook i.e old Facebook

To go from the new Facebook design back to classic Facebook, follow these steps:


Step 1: Login to your Facebook account

Step 2: On the home page click the Menu (Down arrow option) on the top-right corner.

Step 3: From the drop-down menu select Switch to Classic Facebook.
